How to order on our online store
Adding items to your Shopping Bag
Browse through our category pages to select an item you wish to view detailed information on. Once you click on the item, you will be taken to the product page where you will find all relevant information pertaining to that product. When you are ready, select a quantity and colour and click on the "Add To Cart" button. This will take you to your Shopping Cart page. Should you wish to add more items to your bag, just click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.
To see what you have in Your Cart, click on the Shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the page. When you are ready to checkout click the Secure Checkout button underneath your product information and follow the prompts.
To send the item as a gift
You can change the delivery address on the checkout page, to the address where you would like us to send your gift too.

The window will display your contact & delivery details in a secure area, security measures have been put in place on our website. You will notice that the web address starts with "https" and there is an image of a pad lock on your browser.. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. Find out more about security on our website.
At the checkout you can update / change your details at any time, if you have a promotion code / coupon code, just enter in at the checkout page, your discount will be automatically re-calculated at the page.
After you make sure all your details are correct, just click Submit, process to the final confirmation page.

Order confirmation & payment
You will be able to finalise your order and payment details in this section. Please check through your order and payment details carefully. When all information presented is confirmed, please hit the CONFIRM button, then you can just wait for us to delivery fashion to you.
Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately after you click the Confirm button.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email of your order with your receipt.
