At ShoeEver.com online shopping site we want you to love what you have got from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund. All returns
- within 30 calendar days from the time you receive the goods. must be in new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging materials - This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be ‘worn’.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used, worn or damaged.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return for refund, You order’s original delivery charges are not refunded. If we originally charged you delivery cost, when you return order for refund, we will refund you for the original item purchased exclude delivery charges. (unless the return is due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault, we will re-send the item to you free.of charge )
- Please send us back the product packed up properly in an appropriate shipping box or satchel with its original packaging via your local post office and retain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. - Your return should be packaged in a protective box / or satchel for shipping. - Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to your protective box / or satchel and NOT on the shoe box.
- Once the items have been received, we will undergo a quality review process and once cleared, you will receive refund directly to your original payment method / credit card.
- We cannot refund gift wrapping, products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a refund for the original item purchased exclude delivery charges. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of gift will be charged to the purchase via your original payment method / credit card.
Returns after 30 days of receipt
If you return your order after our 30-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want the item send back to you, we will request that you cover the delivery cost.
If you would like to exchange, within 30 days, you can either:
- Place a new order, and return the current item for a refund. - Or you can return the item first, and once we receive your returns, we will ship you your exchanged items
Items returned must be in new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging materials.
Please allow 2 ~ 5 days for the processing of your return for exchange / or refund once received. For refunds your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
Damaged Deliveries, Incorrect Supply or manufacturing fault
Where your purchases arrives within this category, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item, we will refund you the full amount of your purchases + shipping costs you send your order back to us (If item return is required). (you can email / or include a copy of your postage receipt to us, for your postage refund).

if damaged or faults cannot be found, we may refuse to refund the product and/or any shipping cost. You will be responsible for return cost if you would like the product return to you.
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged / faulty goods as soon as possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue you a full refund on your purchase.
How to Return
Within 30 days,
1. Login to your account, under "Orders", on the right hand side, click on “Return items”, complete and submit your request,
2. Product returned must be in new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging materials
3, Send us back the product packed up properly in an appropriate shipping box or satchel with its original packaging via your local post office with your packing slip.
- Your return should be packaged in a protective box / or satchel for shipping. - Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to your protective box / or satchel and NOT on the shoe box.
ShoeEver.com online shopping site is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.
