All general deliveries in Australia are for free.

We deliver to most of Australian residential address and business address.

if you order is shipped via courier, upon delivery, a signature is required to accept your order so it is recommended that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours.

if you order is shipped via post office, if there is no one available to accept your delivery, a notification card will be left informing you of the parcel can be collected from the nearest / nominated Australia Post branch, who will hold your parcel for up to 2 weeks

While we like you to receive your order as soon as you can, once you have placed your order, our system will process your order to our dispatch department right away, so please ensure all your information entered on our website is correct and accurate.

Delivery Times

Our order processing is usually around 2 ~ 4 working days.

Delivery estimates will be available at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders at the earliest possible instance, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Remote areas delivery

Delivery to regional & remote areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

Tracking your order

All orders can be tracked through AustPost website, if your order is shipped via courier, your order can be tracked at the couriers website.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package to us by the courier.

Your order won't be refunded even if you refuse your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If the order is returned to ShoeEver.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. ShoeEver.com is not responsible for order delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Order can not be cancelled or refunded under this circumstance.

Failed delivery attempts

Failed delivery attempts - Customer not home

If the courier cannot successfully deliver your package after attempting delivery, due to the customer (receiver) was not at home or was unreachable, the delivery courier will leave a Calling card / Missed You card with details about re-delivery or when and where you can collect the package (If collection service is available)

If you were still not at home, when after courier further attempts to deliver, or if you fail to collect the package per the details in the Calling card / Missed You card, the package will be disposed / or returned by the courier company.

Failed delivery attempts – Delivery address inaccessible / or un-locatable

If the courier cannot successfully deliver your package due to the delivery address the customer (receiver) provided is inaccessible / or un-locatable, the delivery courier will contact you either via email or phone to clarify your delivery address.

The customer (receiver) should also make contact with the delivery courier when is necessary to clarify the delivery address in time.

If he customer (receiver) failed to clarify with the delivery courier for delivery, the package will be disposed / or returned by the courier company.

We cannot be held responsible for such an event where the package is disposed / or returned by the courier company due to the customer (receiver) was not home, was unreachable for delivery, did not collect the package or delivery address inaccessible / un-locatable.

Order can not be cancelled or refunded under these circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Orders

ShoeEver.com is not responsible for lost or stolen orders confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ShoeEver.com will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Delivery, risk and title in the goods

ShoeEver.com online shopping site will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified, however we will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.

Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.

Delays

Additional delays may occur during the months of September - February due to the heavy load on postal services, and major public holidays.

On rare occasions, some deliveries may delay to arrive if they are held up in your local customs.

ShoeEver.com is not responsible for any damaged, wrong delivery, weather and holiday delays or loss of packages during transit.

We will do our best to process and prepare orders on time after your order has been approved.

Shipping delays and any other issues stated, caused by shipping couriers or force majeure those beyond our control, including: earthquakes, tornadoes, storms, floods, fog, wars, air crashes or embargoes, riots or civil riots; labor strike disputes, etc.

Damaged Deliveries, Incorrect Supply or manufacturing fault

Where your purchases arrives within this category, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item, we will refund you the full amount of your purchases + shipping costs you send your order back to us (If item return is required). (you can email / or include a copy of your postage receipt to us, for your postage refund).
