All general deliveries in Australia are for free.
We deliver to most of Australian residential address and business address.
Upon delivery, a signature is required to accept your order so it is recommended that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours.
We want to ensure your order will arrive in great condition and securely if there is no one available to sign for your purchase, a notification card will be left informing you of the parcel can be collected from the nearest / nominated Australia Post branch, who will hold your parcel for up to 2 weeks

While we like you to receive your order as soon as you can, once you have placed your order, our system will process your order to our dispatch department right away, so please ensure all your information entered on our website is correct and accurate.
Our order processing is usually around 1 ~ 3 working days.
Delivery normally takes 4 ~ 8 working days
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders at the earliest possible instance, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Delivery to regional & remote areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

All orders can be tracked through the express couriers we partner with, TNT, DHL, UPS, FeDex, AustPost and more
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package to us by the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If the order is returned to ShoeEver.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
ShoeEver.com is not responsible for order delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed delivery attempts (Customer not home)
If the courier cannot successfully deliver your package after attempting delivery, due to the customer (receiver) was not at home or was unreachable, the delivery courier will leave a Calling card / Missed You card with details about re-delivery or when and where you can collect the package.
If you were still not at home, when after courier further attempts to deliver, or if you fail to collect the package per the details in the Calling card / Missed You card, the package will be disposed by the courier company.
We cannot be held responsible for such an event where the package is disposed by the courier company due to the customer (receiver) was not home or was unreachable for delivery.
Lost or Stolen Orders
ShoeEver.com is not responsible for lost or stolen orders confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, ShoeEver.com will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Delivery, risk and title in the goods
ShoeEver.com online shopping site will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified, however we will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.
Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods
to your nominated delivery address.
