Q: How can I return the item I purchased from your online shopping site?

A: Within 30 days of receiving your order, must be in new, unused, and in original condition.

1. Login to your account, under "Orders", on the right hand side, click on “Return items”, complete and submit your request,

2. Product returned must be in new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging materials 

3, Send us back the product packed up properly in an appropriate shipping box or satchel with its original packaging via your local post office with your packing slip.

- Your return should be packaged in a protective box / or satchel for shipping. - Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to your protective box / or satchel and NOT on the shoe box.

Q: I created an account, but don't see my past orders?

A: If you checkout as guest, your past orders will not appear in your newly created account.

Please contact us with your return request.

Q: Can I return my order after 30 days?

A: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of order is delivered.

Q: Would my original order’s delivery charge be refunded when I return my order?

A: You order’s original delivery charges are not refunded.

If we originally charged you delivery cost, when you return order for refund, we will refund you for the original item purchased exclude delivery charges.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item purchased from your online shopping site?

A: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund within 30 calendar days from the time you receive the items.Items returned must be in new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging materials.

We don’t offer exchanges at this time, if you would like to exchange an item, size, colour or style, you can simply return the original item for refund and place a new order.

Q: How long have I got to return the item I purchased from your online shopping site?

Q: Do I need to pay for shipping charges to return my items?

A: you will be responsible for shipping charges to return for refund.

Unless the return is due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault.

If item return is required, we will also refund you the shipping charges you paid to return the item. And the re-send exchange goods to you are still free.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used, worn or damaged. 
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return for refund, (unless the return is due to damaged deliveries, incorrect supply or manufacturing fault, we will re-send the item to you free.of charge )
  • Please return the product packed up properly in an appropriate shipping box or satchel with its original packaging via post and retain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. 
  • Once the items have been received, we will undergo a quality review process and once cleared, you will receive refund directly to your original payment method / credit card. 
  • We cannot refund gift wrapping, products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a refund for the original item purchased exclude delivery charges. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of gift will be charged to the purchase via your original payment method / credit card.

Q: How long does that take for the processing of my return for refund?

A: After we receive your returned order, it normally takes 2 ~ 5 days for the processing of your return for refund. For refunds, your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

Q: I have lost my invoice, where can I find it?

A: If you can not find your invoice, please contact us from here, we will send you the invoice via email.

Q: How should I pack my items that I'm returning?

A: Please send us back the product in an appropriate shipping box or satchel in its original packaging via post and retain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit.
