Q: How do I register for an account on your online store?

A: To register for an account click on 'REGISTER' link on the top right-hand corner of any page of our site.

Just fill out Account and Billing Details (if your Delivery address is same as your Billing address, just click “Yes”), then click Register, you can then start to shop your fashion.

Q: I've forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?

A: If you forgot your password, you can either click here to reset your password,

Or click on ‘Sign in Account’ on the top right menu, then next to the Sign in button, click on Forgotten your password?” link, you can then reset your password.

It is only possible to request a password reset and set a new password (or enter the same one that was set previously). This is done to provide higher users' safety and to prevent unauthorized access. Also it is recommended to update password from time to time and use strong passwords to keep the security level high from our side.

Q: How do I update details in my account?

A: You can update your details after you sign in to your account, just click "Account Settings". Here you'll find all your details and you can update them anytime you like.

Q: How do I subscribe from your emailing list / newsletter?

A: You can subscribe to our newsletters and special promotions by entering your name and email address in Newsletter box on the bottom of any page, and then click submit.

Q: How do I return for a refund?

A: Within 30 days of order is delivered, login to your account, under "Orders", on the right hand side, click on “Return items”, you can then follow our Returns instructions to pack and send the item back to us.
