Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Our order processing is usually around 2 ~ 4 working days.

Delivery time estimate is available at checkout once after your enter your delivery address.

Express delivery (selected countries only) are shipped via international express couriers TNT, DHL, UPS and more.

Q: How are my orders delivered?

A:: as we stock our products in both our Australia warehouse and international warehouse, depends on the product availability, some products will ship from our international warehouse, while some will ship from our Australia warehouse.

For orders ship from our Australia warehouse: Your orders will norrmally be delivered during normal business hours between Monday and Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. .

For express delivery, a signature is required to accept your purchase so it is recommended that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours.

If your order is shipped via post office, if there is no one available to accept the delivery, a notification card will be left informing you of the parcel can be collected from the nearest / nominated Post Office branch, who will hold your parcel for up to 2 weeks

For free delivery, orders are shipped via regular air mail / or courier.

For orders ship via express from our international warehouse: we partner with international express couriers TNT, DHL, UPS and more to ship your orders.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: While we like you to receive your order as soon as you can, once you have placed your order, our system will process your order to our dispatch department right away, so please ensure all your information entered on our website is correct and accurate.

In most cases orders will be processed and shipped with-in 72 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it will be processed and shipped the following business day. If item that you have ordered is out of stock or is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and if you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Q: Will you send me a confirmation email once you send my order?

A: Yes, you will receive a notification email after you orders are dispatched.

Q: Can I track my order / my delivery?

A: Yes, all orders can be tracked from our website within your account.

Parcels are taken to the nearest/ nominated Australia Post branch if no one is available at the address on delivery. (For orders shipped via Australian Post)

Q: What happens I am not home when the order is delivered?

A: We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely

if your order is shipped via post office. if there is no one available to accept the delivery, a notification card will be left informing you of the parcel can be collected from the nearest / nominated Post Office branch, who will hold your parcel for up to 2 weeks.

If you order is shipped via international express couriers TNT, DHL, UPS, etc, a Calling Card / Missed You card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. Your parcel will be directed to the nearest depot and await further instruction from the receiver/customer. You may collect your parcel from the nearest depot, arrange a re-delivery to the same address, or to an alternative address (If re-delivery service is available).

We recommend that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours.

Within a maximum of 2 weeks:

If you were still not at home, when after courier further attempts to deliver, or if you fail to collect the package per the details in the Calling Card / Missed You card , the package will be disposed / or returned by the courier company.

We cannot be held responsible for such an event where the package is disposed / or returned by the courier company due to the customer (receiver) was not home, was unreachable for delivery, or did not collect the package. Order can not be cancelled or refunded under this circumstance.

Q: What happens if I refuse to accept delivery of my order?

A: If you refuse to accept your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package to us by the courier.

Your order won't be refunded even if you refuse your delivery.

Q: What happens if my item is out of stock?

A: If item that you have ordered is out of stock or is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and if you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange.
